The Chiapas Support Committee is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. We have been supporting the construction of indigenous Zapatista autonomy in the Caracol of La Garrucha since 1998. Currently, we provide grants to the regional education coordinators and promoters for school projects in the Zapatista communities within the Caracol (Zone) of La Garrucha, Chiapas, Mexico.
